If you actually saw bananas/pollen sacks then you can try to pluck them out before they burst. If you can keep on top of it and manage to get all of them you should have a good normal harvest with maybe a few seeds. With other plants in there, I would honestly try to remove it and not risk pollinating the others. If some of the sacks have burst then it is very likely the other plants have already been pollinated especially if you have good airflow. If that has indeed happened just grow em out and deal with the seeds. A seedy harvest is better than no harvest. It may also not be a hermie. Pistils can go orange and recede for a number of reasons(dust, Too intense of light, drying out, genetics, etc). So if you absolutely don't see any male parts at all then it is likely not a hermie.

You don't save a plant that is going hermie ! What you are doing is removing the Male parts and live with the fact that a pollen sack can open without you can see it and pollinate your crop ( a classic ). Put your hermie out of your tent , let it develops far from the others because your pistils turning brown is a sign that she get polenised by the hermie pollen ( the seeds will have the hermie Genes). But you do as you want , you can take the risk to keep it in the tent or you can be 100 % safe by getting rid of it but you won't "save" her.

Did you actually see Male flowers and pollen? They will look like little bananas poking out of the flower. If not you may have had pistils mature too quickly that turned brown possibly from your light being too close or too hot. When the pistils dry and curl into the calyx it will cause the calyx to swell even if they haven't been pollinated. If you just have a few bananas you can use a razor and remove them. Stress can cause the plants to hermie so you should look over the entire plant if possible. Hard for me to confirm with no photo. If it's only one plant I would remove it from the grow in order to save the rest. Hope this helps👍
