Think i found another way to protect a seedling from bugs. I decided to bribe them. This might work in your tents. Hang a few k in your grow tent for a bug free environment.

I bribe my bugs with dill. They love that. But yeah, marigolds seem to make plants taste really bad to bugs. They share a systemic insecticide and chamomile shares a systemic fungicide. There are tons of options. But when there is not enough time to incorporate some companion plants, I will just bribe them instead! Happy Growing! 🌳💪

It's called companion planting.bugs have plant preferences. Outdoors plant flowers, such as marigolds, calendula, sunflower, daisy, alyssum which will keep them away, but also plant dill basil and clantro which some bugs prefer to eat. I cleared my buddies aphid infested plant by bringing over a planter full of dill. They all moved to the dill and we could soap spray the dill until they were under control.
