I have been for the last 35+ years growing outdoors in full sun, in soil, with no protection (once the plants are established) and they survive/thrive just fine in temps that reach 40 plus for multiple consecutive days and multiple times each summer, even up to 47 degrees Celsius at times.
Just keep them well hydrated during the heat waves and everything will be fine.
Mulching the soil with alfalfa straw helps big time.
Man 30 degrees Celsius is ok , we get over 40degree Celsius sometimes here and it’s all G . Just make sure they have enough water , mulch around the top to prevent water loss , your plants will love that humidity.
