You certainly can IF it's a photo... if you're growing an auto, don't even think about it unless you're a master gardener as they really hate to be transplanted or messed about with much... Start a diary, my friend - especially since you're a first-time grower - you're bound to have more questions and the more information we have, the better we'll be able to help. Good luck!

Yeah. Of course you can. You don't wanna mess up the root ball to much. Just break it up lightly and place in your new substrate. Might have some shock but the roots will grow down into your new soil. BTW, you should Join the community. You'll find yourself getting better help by talking to like minded growers. Good luck.

Yes absolutely, especially if it is photoperiodic. A good rule of thumb is that you can repot when the plant is twice the diameter of the pot, obviously then there are other factors to keep in mind. If she's autoflowering you can still repot, but it's a little stress anyway :)
