Can I use bonide ready to use neem oil spray on my plant? And if so do I need to delute it at all or just use as it comes?

0.9% should be fine.. think my 70% concentrated stuff is 3-4mL per pint... 24-32mL per gallon...
so about 1oz/128 * .7 = 0.55% give or take a bit... but i've put extra in at times and had no adverse effects nearing 0.9%.

Please help! Contorted, darker green and slightly shiny leaves with spots.Do you think this looks like a nitrogen toxicity issue? Is it likely because I made a mistake using mainstream potting mix with slow release fertiliser in it? If so, will a flush or multiple flushes help, or should I transplant to better quality, organic soil? Thanks in advance!

What are the "dried out " spots on the leaves? Not the trips.What is this problem? (I do not mean the trips, but the bigger "dried out" spots. Is it a fungus or is it just due to the direct sunlight? Or something with food? I don't give her any nutrients in veg phase. She is in plagron batmix
