Bud rot inside stem??

Are these non glandular trichomes or mold/bud rot? I began to notice when I saw freshly cut stems quickly turning black.

It is rot of some sort.
It does not have anything to do with trichomes, glandular or non glandular.

If it's more on stem it could be Neodidymelliopsis Cannabis.A stem canker. I had this on a outdoor plant last summer on a branch. Not flower. Also if its from a recent trim and you busted through the herd( skin)your girl is sending her cells into overdrive to repair the damage.She will repair and strengthen with xylem and phloem cells.If it's on the cola I would have to look it up. All I have is my notes I'm sorry all my books at Ranch. I need to get my ass out there. I love the questions because it gets you sharp for your own plants. How to Trigger30 years ago I grew a lot under HPS and have just recently gotten back into it. One thing we always did was to turn off the lights for a 24 hour period to supposedly trigger the plants faster. I learned this from the person who taught me how to grow.

More bud rot?Brown fuzzy area showed up on my gorilla glue plant. See photo. Looks kind of like brown sugar. Recently had to chop down another plant in the same grow room that definitely had but rot, so I'm thinking I should chop this just to be safe. Your thoughts?
