If you've got a large grow going, this one probably wouldn't make the cut - but, for me, each seedling is important and one I want to help grow... I had three seedlings just like this one and they ALL made it. When you water (and DON'T water too much or you'll drown the poor thing!) just use a spray bottle rather than dump water on it... and try to spray ONLY the soil around it. What I ended up doing for mine was to gently put a small stake in the soil and LOOSELY tie it with some soft material to the stake... you can also use something like orchid clips as they allow the stem to simiply be encased and not pinched. You can also try pushing just a little bit of the soil up higher around the stem - BUT NOT MUCH... You should also be adding a bit of root feed - something to help the roots get bigger and stronger which, in turn, will help the plant.
It will take a bit of time and patience and careful cultivation - but you CAN do it! Good luck!
