High chvyhardtop, The grow is stunted. The main reason for stunted grow with autoflowers is overwatering because they start inside a large pot. A little girl like this doesn't even drink 0.1 liter water per day. That is why I always start in a small 0.5 - 1 liter pot also with autoflower. When you done transplanting right they don't even notice it and it makes growing a lot easier. Another technique is to just give water on 1 side of the pot and the other side the next time. This way your plants roots always got acces to oxygen and water. But the best is just to transplant. I did this 100 times and never got stunted growth. This is why I will never grow autos again........... just BAD genetics and disappointing outcomes.

Could be any problem with genetics and no matter what had you done or could be any mistake done by you: Reppoting bad water schedule (leading to small roots) excessive heat or wind and so on...

As @Chow_13 says, without a diary, we can't tell you what might have gone wrong... and unlike Eggyones said, autoflowers are NOT dependent on light to flip to flower... they can, if not terribly productively, at least GROW under 12/12 so the lighting is not the issue at all. Would really like to have had a diary to look at ALL the conditions around this during the whole grow... sad. Good luck

They got stunted somehow. Over watering, to much or to little fertilizer. Could be to cold. Hard to tell with little info.
