Harvest timing

My plants are 45days into flower and just about harvest time( 55-60)but the trichromes are milk white and some amber is starting to come in. I’m trying to hit peak potency is it normal for to be ready before recommended harvest time.

Yes that is totally normal. She is almost dying so let her put her last energy in ripening those trichomes to it's full potency. I think that she will be done within 2 weeks. So if you want to flush you can start doing so already. Her leaves will turn the colours that we know from plants and trees during fall. Just keep an eye on the trichomes and 20% amber is full potency and perfect harvesting time.

Remember to check trichomes on flower, not on leaves. Leaves become milk sooner.

Thanks for the fast reply! The reason I ask is because the leaves are yellowing and dying off. I know this means that the harvest day is coming close.

Beautiful picture!
This plant is not ready for harvest when you want peak potency.
A lot of trichomes are still clear and need to develop more to become more potent.
Wait till there are about 20% amber trichomes. Then the other trichomes still have some time to develop fully.

Cola growing again after to much light while flowering?In the last 2 weeks of flowering this plant seems to have started to grow at the top of the cola again.
