5 inches long is to much for a seedling? What should be the best size?

use a stick so it doesn't fall over and use a small breeze for stronger anchoring. When the stem gets thicker, it will be fine again. Look at your manufacturers advice for the height and intensity and try to experiment with it. I'm experimenting too in veg phase with my first grows.

There isn't one measurement that is "too much" or "too little" - it all depends on how strong the stem is... if she's standing up straight, you're fine! If she's not, your lights are probably too far away from her and she's stretching too much to get to it - so lower the lights and find a gentle way of supporting her until she gains strength. Good luck!

Then she starts to bend over a bit because her stem is too long and too thin to hold her first leaves. If this happens you can just use a wooden scewer to hold her up. Happy Growing! 😋
