If you don't want them to grow larger, force them into flowering by putting your lights on 12/12houre light schedule, If you have autoflowers, put them back to 18-20-24hours(what you preff) of light after a couple of days. if you dont have autoflowers, then keep them on 12/12. In the first 2 weeks of flowering, they stretch a bit but won't get any bigger later stage, maybe just a bit. Goodluck growing.

Hi bro Because it’s quite a small light you want to keep it at least 40cm above so the light covers all of the tent, In flower drop it down abit but make sure you maintain the gap as they get taller, Best of luck 🌱
