No, but growing at 12/12 certainly will. I have no idea why anybody would subject their plants and their grow to this weird "technique". Give them 18/6 and be done in half the time!

I use 2 methods as well I’ve never had any issues good luck I think your off to a great grow!

Might want a bit more perlite in there for drainage and to prevent some amount of compacting that will occur over 3+ months of watering. Miracle gro? think that has a tendency to burn plants (their slo release soil or the recommended dose on ferts), so just keep eye on it. Fwiw, a lady i bought from in 1999-ish used mirale gro fertilizer and her buds were fine. As far as germinating with any method.. rarely will be a different timeline. Any extra handling of seedling or its roots has potential to stall it. As long as that doesn't happen, shouldn't see any different except for what is caused by genetics and environmental variables.

Nope, it shouldn't mess anything up.

Unlikely unless something in general went wrong. Also sometimes some seeds just get started faster than others, which is a combination of genetics and seed quality (and how it was stored) so there can be differences in time getting started even if you use the same method. Good luck with the grow!
