Hey, got a weird one: I am making the decision to move from UK to Colorado to start a farm and get a license. Any ideas on the steps to do that from you gems would be appreciated. I have a decent amount of experience just want to be at peace and safe while farming my medicine. ❤️

Got a couple of links for you.... this one about opening a dispensary in CO... https://www.cure8.tech/how-to-open-a-dispensary-in-colorado/ But in a cursory look at the issue, found this run-down on the best states to open a cannabis business in: https://mjseo.agency/cheapest-state-to-open-a-dispensary/ I was intrigued they listed Massachusetts as I live just north and if we've ever got excess product to sell, we try to sell in MA because they have the highest prices and we get a good price for our GOOD stuff.... however, I was absolutely aghast at how much $$ is required to start doing business there..

Well, there's all kinds of information on the web about how to get a licence in Colorado... research that - but you're going to have to research getting a green card as well I should think... You'll need some sort of work permit... and the question becomes do you want to obtain US citizenship? Personally, I'm looking to move the other way! Do a LOT of research so that you know you're going to be happy wherever you land... You might head to a place where growing is legal but everything else sucks.... And what is happening to the cannabis industry here in the US is that the large mega-corporations are getting in and lobbying for rules and regulations that rather squeeze out the little guy - unless all you want to do is grow your own... Good luck... there's a LOT to think about!
