Sorry, but not even close. Three weeks I would say. There's still lots of white pistils coming out, and it hasn't bulked up yet. You want no white pistils, swollen calyxs, and brown pistils should look like theyre bending over and or receding.
And dont flush. Flushing is a complete myth...100% bro science. Start feeding again and then try to keep the plant as healthy as possible (ie, keep feesing her) until you chop.

I would say no, I'd wait for there to be less white pistils, but best is to check with a jeweler's loupe or a camera with really good macro, you want the trichomes to be milky for peak THC, if they're still clear you should wait.

How long after the last flush, do you wait until you chop your plant?
Do you let it dry out so the pot is nice and light before you harvest? Or is a little moisture left in the soil ok? Did last flush 48 hrs ago and I'm itching to chop her down, but still slightly damp soil
