Depends on what you want from your smoke. If you harvest when the trichs are all milky, you'll get a cerebral high with little relaxation... if you wait until there's about 10-20% amber trichs, you'll get both cerebral and body effects... if you wait longer, you'll be locked on your couch and the THC will begin to degrade... Ez is right as are you. Keeping a journal will help you and US more accurately give help. I think it’s time to cut down especially seeing the fade going. Did you do a heavy rinse in the recent 10-12 days?

General rule of thumb for autos is you want to wait 2 weeks until after the stated finish time. This is because breeders will often cut autos early in order to make them seem like they grow faster. The plant does not seem to be showing any sign of fade, but you said the trichomes are milky. The trichomes also appear milky in the picture. There are several necrotic leaves on the plant, just be aware the longer you have the plant growing with leaves like that on it, the higher the chance of bud-rot. I would harvest the plant as soon as possible, as long as you have checked for trichomes around the plant. Remember, the top of the plant matures faster than the bottom. You want to see consistent milky trichomes all over the plant before harvesting. Good grow 😎 and remember to dry nice and slow as close to 60F/60Rh as you can.
