3x5 gallon pots in 80x80x180 with 100W COB LED are not ideal, and i´ve been very busy working on the light distribution to achieve something out of this grow! The cannopy are looking really good with nice tops but showing slower bud development under cannopy, should i go 12Weeks?

If you really can't get more light in there, then I suggest to take off the big fan leaves. When you're top buds are ready to harvest you can pick them off and leave the smaller buds on the plant to mature....

your girl will need more time, in your case i would go with taking away the smaller growth in the lower part ( 30 percent of her height), because those tiny flowers wont maturate at all. And it helps to keep agood air circulation. I would also do the work and take away big fan leaves who are blocking the light to the flowers. The Royal Gorilla is a vigor growing strain , you dont have to be afraid to take some plantmaterial away. You can treat her nearly like aphotoperiod. In your next grow maybe start some LST earl enough to keep her under control. The gorilla tend to take longer , iam not sure if its ready in 12 weeks. We will see. Happy growing

If you want to get more light to her you are going to have to defoliate all those big hand sized fan leaves. Leave the ones on top the rest get rid of. Yes you are seriously under powered with light. Yes you can go further just be more couch lock effect. But definitely go further and trim leaves every other day not all at once. More light you get to the buds the more they will develope.
