At first I thought it was just lint in the air but after research I’m guessing it’s white flies. How do I get rid of them, are stickies and neem oil affective? ** first time grower**

Sticky tape and that sort of thing will only get SOME of the adults while neem oil is largely ineffective in my experience... grab some Dr. Zymes Eliminator or some Spinosad and use as directed. They're both organic, can be used up to the day of harvest if need be, and will kill not only adults but the eggs and larvae of any leaf sucking insect (aphids, spider mites, thrips, whiteflies) ... Good luck!

If they are indeed white flies they like to hide on the underside of leaves. a spray every few days should know them out. kills the adults and waits for the eggs to hatch then kill them. Neem works but is not good if your in flower. BTi or Nematodes are also good options. but don't kill adults just the larva. Good Luck!

Hang a few pieces with yellow tape around your plant. You can use the ones from the garden store but you can also just use regular (yellow or at least not to dark to identify the bug) tape. Wait till a bug flew into it and than you can identify which bug invaded your growroom. Here is a link with all the different natural and organic ways to get rid of bugs inside your growroom. But it is important to first identify the bug so that you know which natural and organic pesticide will be the most effective. https://www.growweedeasy.com/safe-cannabis-pesticides
