Hi there.
I think it''s some kind of light seed mutation . Sometimes I got same ( extra root from upper space, or 3 first leaves.😍

It's a mutation. You can grow it out and see what happens, but I would set it aside to monitor and start a new plant in case it doesn't develop properly.

those are first serrated blades, not cotyledons. Looks like those white blotches were drawn in MSPaint or something :P
