LST Autoflower. How Often?

I am using LST on my autoflower plants because of the very small space I have. It seems like my plants need daily adjustments. How often should I be practicing LST? I know there is some recovery time. Thanks.

I like to use lst to make an even canopy or to redirect the vertical growth into a spiral like pattern on a horizontal plane. One other option for LST is to separate the branches a bit so more air and light can get to them preventing shity little buds and rot. This is something I like to do to my outdoor plants a lot plus just gives them more room to bulk up and look massive. Your LST so fair looks good. One thing to note is when your LSTing two main parts that connect into a [ V ] is that all the extra stress of the new LST branches can cause it to split. it is good not to force them so much, and if you do your LSTing before a watering the plant maybe a more more limp and have better flexibility to bend into the desired form. Anything can be used to LST, I've used string to nets to hooks and more. The one thing I have yet to try are clips. they will redirect the growth for you and look kinda cool. a soft elbow curve of 90 degrees they can be found on amazon/ebay/alliexpress, some people really like them, I feel I would two if I bought them. Best Of Luck!

I usually start early flower for the first ,4-6 weeks. Some autos don't even mind being super cropped.

There's no "right or wrong" way of doing LST and there is basically no "recovery" time for LST... I mean, it's literally a matter of hours, not days... so you can LST to your heart's content without harming your plant... and you can choose whatever shape you want your plant to be... I tend to LST so that they are still a Christmas tree shape with the lower buds being forced out away from the main stem - others do it to scrog their plants.. whichever way you choose, it's the right one! Good luck... and no worries!

You can use LST as many times necessary. What you want to achieve with LST is equal height and light for all the buds. When LST has been done right it gives you more main large buds instead of 1 main bud. Here is a link to show you a great example. https://www.royalqueenseeds.com/blog-low-stress-training-n100?_gl=1*6tujd1*_ga*Mjg4MDk5ODEzLjE2NzA2OTI2MzE.*_ga_MFLBPT8N0L*MTY3MDY5MjYzMS4xLjAuMTY3MDY5MjYzMS4wLjAuMA..
