Is it safe to increase light intensity? The seedlings are 12 days since popped out of soil and is currently at 50% power on a 500 watt+3% power light

Pal. At 450w. You shoulda be running at 25% for the 1st week. You shouldn't have to exceed 50% for your whole veg with such a high powered light. So I'd say she's at a right setting now.
No need to use more watts that's not needed.

When to lower light intensity?When is the right time to lower light intensity? I'm on 5th week of flowering, should I keep my lights on max or reduce the power/increase the distance to plants? I have around 1000W of Led's at 35-60cm distance from the tops. I see no burning/bleaching or anything like that.

is the 'greenfingers led grow light 2000w full spectrum' not very good compared to others?if you don't know the light you can google but there aren't any reviews i can find, compared to say spider farmer 4000 (or others) is it much worse or a little worse, etc? if that much worse when i can afford it someday should i buy another one and count this purchase as a loss?Setup. Which strategy with auxiliary grow Leds ? 3x20w Leds -Thanks !Helps maturing but I wonder if buds are bigger. I used to put 3 extra lights 20 cm below canopy, leave many large leaves at the top and lollypop 30%. 30% is definitely not enough even with those 20w LEDS (50% is probably better). How do you use extra LEDS ? Where do you put them?

So looking at my next set up to be LED, few options out there so wanted to see what ppl can suggest, needs to have built in fans to help with heat from the light, can go up to 1000W but not necessarily needed, 5ft x 5ft grow tent

Reveg/Budding issueWhat is my plant doing? the days are almost 15 hours long so I don't understand why it's budding still, I expected it to reveg by now but no sign of rounded single leaves still. The days are getting longer not shorter, end of next month is when the days start getting shorter.
