Is it safe to increase light intensity? The seedlings are 12 days since popped out of soil and is currently at 50% power on a 500 watt+3% power light

Pal. At 450w. You shoulda be running at 25% for the 1st week. You shouldn't have to exceed 50% for your whole veg with such a high powered light. So I'd say she's at a right setting now. No need to use more watts that's not needed. Good luck
