Is it safe to increase light intensity? The seedlings are 12 days since popped out of soil and is currently at 50% power on a 500 watt+3% power light

Pal. At 450w. You shoulda be running at 25% for the 1st week. You shouldn't have to exceed 50% for your whole veg with such a high powered light. So I'd say she's at a right setting now.
No need to use more watts that's not needed.

Should i raise the lamp to force the strech?I had the light the past few weeks 30cm over the plant on 100% wich has 930ppfd in 20h duration it was all together 65 DLI.
I want to force the strech from now. Do you think i should raise the light up tp 50cm over the plant?

Low Humidity and high temp or high humidity and low temp?Do you think it’s better lower temp and higher humidity (like 27 degrees c and 80 % humidity) or higher temp and lower humidity (like 29 degrees c and 60 % humidity)? Is that just a light burn or could it be something else?One bud in the middle of my plant is much lighter than all the others, which all look healthy and green. I think it was due to the too small distance of my light, which was only 20cm (8") between canopy and light. I have now moved the light to 35cm (14").
What are your opinions?
