im very green to this, does anyone think I should spread these ladies out a bit, and use the space that's available? I don't have a par meter or whatever, so wouldn't know where I get the best par ratin or umols or whatever

Your best bet is to try and space the lights evenly around the tent to make sure your light coverage is as even as it can be and minimize spots with less light coverage. You don't need a par meter to see if a part of your plant is in the shade. I would also do some low-stress training for sure. Bend the tallest branches down so that they are the same height as the shorter ones. That will allow more even lighting of the buds and also help prevent the shade spots that can happen from tall branches. Be careful with the LST as going too aggressively can cause you to snap some branches. I would bend until just before you think it will snap and just leave it there. Maybe try again the next day and see if you can move it further. LST is a bit tricky once you've begun flowering as the plant tries to stiffen its stems to support the flowers. You should also do some decently heavy defoliation. around week 2-3 of flower, I usually strip the lower 1/3rd of the plant thats not receiving much light as those buds won't develop into much. After that, I clear out a lot of the fan leaves through the rest of the plant to open it up for light to reach lower buds and allow more air to flow through the plant to prevent mold. Don't go toooo crazy and remove all the leaves though. I will usually take off 25-30% of the fan leaves evenly across the plant making sure to specifically go after big leaves that are blocking light from lower buds. Good luck with the grow and I hope you have a good harvest!

Nice grow. It doesn't look like your having any issue with lack of light but more with the intensity in the outer edges of the tent.I would put the large light across the front the long way then the two smaller lights side by side toward the back. basically divide the space into somewhat equal spacing. 1/3 each. Highest intensity is directly under the middle of the lights then it drops as you move off center. As the plants stretch some more I would try to keep the tallest colas to the outer edges of the tent even though the outer edges have less intensity your tall colas are actually now closer to the light which makes up for that issue. Then keep the shortest growth more directly under the lights this will give you a more even light intensity to your plants. They are getting pretty big so rotating them without damaging them will be difficult so I would suggest doing a bit of leaf tucking and light defoliating of a few large fan leaves here and there to let more light shine on the lower buds. I typically remove the large fan leaves and tiny bud sites from the lower 1/3 of the plant during week 6 this will force more energy to the upper bud sites. The lowest tiny buds will never get enough light to amount to very much any ways. Hitting them with a good amount of phosphorus and potassium over the next few weeks will stack some weight on those buds.

As far as distance goes for those lights you are good where they are at for flower. Now those shaded spots means you need another light to cover your grow area. As for spreading them out yes I would. Lst them by tieing branches down to side of container. Also I would do defoliate to help get light to penetrate plant.

Generally speaking with the light beeing in the middle of the tent then then middle gets more light than the corners. If by "spread" you mean to make a better repartition of the canopy by bending it or practicing LST then you can do it for sure , now if you are talking about spraying something on the plants you can still do it but it is a bit late as you should avoid spraying anything when the buds are forming
