Fluoro and LEDs together

In addition to the 24W T5 Fluoro, I will be adding an 80W LED Lamp 12" from the tops. This lamp has 3 spectrum settings: Red&Blue, Warm White, and all 3. Which setting is best for veg and how will it affect the plants by having both types of lighting? Thanks

First grow. Growing autos from meph in a 3x3 tent. They are in the w/3 of flower. On 24 hr light.(Accidentally) having a heat wave in my area and can't keeps temps down below 80-85. Will it hurt anything to switch to 18/6 now so I can have lights off when it's hottest part of day

Plants Growing Taller Than Light My plants are growing taller than the LED light! The hanging wires that came w/ the light are now too long; even after rigging the wires so the light will hang at a higher distance. I am using a 4 ft. tall grow tent. How/what can I use to adjust the height of the light?
