Fluoro and LEDs together

In addition to the 24W T5 Fluoro, I will be adding an 80W LED Lamp 12" from the tops. This lamp has 3 spectrum settings: Red&Blue, Warm White, and all 3. Which setting is best for veg and how will it affect the plants by having both types of lighting? Thanks

More the merrier, I'd use the led on all 3, red + blue + white veg through flower. A more complete light spectrum is better overall. try to mimic the sun as best as you can.
Fluoro lights are less efficient then LED's in terms of hydro consumption and spectrum output but mixing them will not harm anything if anything the LED's will help round it all out.
Higher end LED's can burn your plants if they get to close where as t5's and lower end led's not so much. Given your led light is 80W I would say it can be the same distance from your canopy as the t5's

Swapping day/night light cycle during flowerDay 22 of flower. Lights are on during the day, 8am-to-8pm but we need to switch to 8pm-to-8am to use the colder night air to cool our lights without using a/c.
