Do you recommend defoliation on any main fan leaves that are hurting you light penetration and simply cannot be trained in a different place specifically on auto flowers ?

If the leafs are hurting your light penetration I should cut them off. I only cut the leafs on the main stem if I cut my autoflowers. Good luck

Ya defenitely brother if your worried about any stress just do a couple leaves every other day till you get your desired light penetration ... I've done it with my autos had too... If you want good diaries for reference I could mention the grower silky on this forum lots of great examples of auto flower manipulation ...cheers

For the folks that use Oregon's only nutrients, i know they say ph should be 6.4 for calcium to be best absorbed but does that still apply in coco substrates? I been slowly swinging my ph up and down over a few waterings to try to get the best range of absorption.
