In theory it should increase your plants growth. I would go by what your plants tell you they like. My personal experience and opinion is they seem to like a break from the light for a few hours to recuperate. I usually run mine at 20 hours and get good growth and bud size. Some grower run them at 24/7 seem to shave a week or so off their harvest time. Since each strain is unique my theory is the more Ruderalis genetics the strain has the the faster the growth and harvest.👍
