Those are definitely pollen sacs - I just went through the same thing and my grow is still in process, nearing harvest - feel free to read my notes, unfortunately I don't have any pictures of the open sacs like you do as I ripped them out immediately when I saw them, but in the meantime, I've been doing a bit of research and here are my conclusions. 1) One of my four plants was stressed and grew multiple pollen sacs and not only self pollinated, but pollinated the plant next to it primarily, but the other to, possibly to a lesser degree but I won't know until I dry harvest, dry and investigate. 2) I'm growing now for seeds and weed - the plant that was stressed looks like all energy was expended into self pollinating and seed creation, and has less developed buds, less trichromes - but all the others look relatively normal except for the seed sacs. Two of the three look like there are a fair number of seeds, one looks like it might have just a few, so I'm not sure how pollinated they really got. 3) I did notice pollen sacs on the other plants which is troubling as you typically don't want to grow a plant from a seed that has self pollinated as it might carry that same genetic behavior - so I believe any of the seeds I collect and germinated could be a crapshoot, but I also believe they will be feminized because they were all feminized to begin with. 4) After separating the seeds from the good 3 plants, I believe the weed will be close to what I would have expected originally as the buds are looking pretty fat and well developed. 5) I ended up initially separating the stressed plant from the other 3 in the tent, but then put it back in as the damage was done, and I figured I go with this experiment. 6) At this stage, my only question is whether I should harvest at the normal time? It would be 8 - 10 weeks depending on which plant - it's a Mix of 4 different types - or if I should harvest now at the 6 - 8 week time period when seeds are typically ready. In one plant the seeds are already brown, but in another I can tell they are still green. I'm wondering if there is any damage in growing out the ones that are already brown for another week or two to synch with the ones that are still green? Hope this helps! Good luck!

Classic hermaphrodite.......certainly are male flowers and nothing to do with "nodes". Depending on when the flowers opened and if the have released any pollen at all will determine the amount and size of the seeds. Do not be tempted to plant/grow any of the seeds you may find once mature, in the future, unless you are trying to breed a strain of hermies!

Those are indeed male pollen sacs. Likely spread some pollen. If your plant is on its own.. might as well finish it out.. but you got quite a few there. You’ll likely have some seeds in your harvest

These could just be nodes. It's hard to say for sure but I get these on my plants and never have seeds.
