First and foremost - DO NOT TOP AN AUTOFLOWER!!! That requires exceedingly precise timing and if you've never grown this particular strain of auto before, you don't know what HER timing is and therefore can't figure out when its safe to top and when doing so will destroy the grow...
Defoliation. I wouldn't do it quite yet. Yeah, she's wonderfully busy - but in the veg state, she needs those leaves to get to her maximum potential. When she goes into flower, you can consider some selective defoliation to get more light to lower bud sites... or to make sure the air flow is getting through the plant efficiently to prevent fungus/bud rot... Personally, I'd just let her chug along - she's looking really, really good. That being said, if there are any leaves that are touching the soil, you COULD remove those - probably good to do... but otherwise, let her be... Consider some LST (this is the ONLY technique you should use on an auto!) so light is getting to the lower nodes...
Good luck!
