the pole sizes are the biggest key, imo. Smaller tents are fine with the slim poles. You don't put a lot of weight on those, but once you get to 650w lights and duct fans, definitely feel safer with more robust tent poles. nearly all of them will have some pinhole light leaks but should be sufficient to prevent confusing photoperiod plants in bloom. The shittier 4x8 - 10x10 tents on amazon are using 16mm poles that might crumble under the canvas's weight, lol.
Gorilla tents are astronomically priced like you said so its hard to recommend such price gouging. AC infinity have thicker poles, but bit meh on the canvas. they gouge too, but not as badly.
i'm not a fan of peak windows.. just one more velcro strip that can let light in etc. i prefer simple designs.
how often you take it down may play a factor. if it sits in one place you can sacrifice a little quality on the canvas with less wear and tear over time. if it sits in one place for 10 years, that's easier to justify spending a bit more money too... expected longevity etc.
i'd make sure the poles of secret jardin are study, and i'm sure they are a fine tent too. everything is a step down from those gorilla tents... whether necessary or not depends.
