1stly. She's still in pre flower. Lolp is fine. But Defol is a no no. She's very thin and doesn't have a lot of foliage that can't be tucked or moved.
Tbh, leave her be.

No you should not! The first 3 weeks flowering are the pre-flowering phase. During this phase the plants still grow and strech. After the pre-flowering you should not do any defoliation because the plants are only focussing on making buds now. Any type of stress would just decrease yield and does not benefit the plant at all.
