Lower buds weak

MyDearDiary
MyDearDiarystarted grow question a year ago
Limited space in a 60x60cm grow box leads to uneven bud development. Top buds flourish, while lower ones lag in growth. With 4 weeks of flowering left, I'm debating: removing lower buds, leaving everything as is, or sequential harvesting. Suggestions?

You can cut them known as lollipopping before switching to flower, you could probably cut a few off now but if you'd like to keep it, yes adding extra lights to hit the side would definitely help. Certain lower bud sites will never have much potential though. You could also Defoliate some of the fan leaves covering up other bud sites. Dont over do this though as you're done producing leaves. Usually the leaves covering inward of the canopy gets cut, pointing outsides of the canapoy stays

Bottom light works. Bottom bud's started more actively development without defoliation.

@Diy_autoflowers Indeed, leaves provide photosynthesis, necessary for stable development. Jorge Cervantes does not recommend removing leaves at all.

Not enough light getting through the canopy. I lollipop most of that off the plant when they start flower

Also i'm considering installing additional lights to illuminate the plant from below upwards. How beneficial could this be?

I am limited in space. My grow box is only 60 x 60 cm in size. I observe very different development of buds at the top and bottom. At the top, everything is developing well. But at the bottom and inside the foliage, the buds develop very slowly and very weakly, although there are many of them. I still have 4 weeks of flowering ahead. How best to proceed? remove the lower buds because they will not be able to develop and the girl just spends her strength on them? leave it as it is and collect everything together, assuming that the lower buds will be able to develop even in the foliage and shadow leave it as it is and harvest in parts. First cut the upper buds and free up lighting for the lower ones. Wait until they mature and collect them. Please advise. Maybe there are some other options?
