lol i do and i dont sometimes depends on how shitty the city's with the water that week, my thing is adding plenty of beneficials , they'll usually keep the pH buffered, otherwise you gotta go the additive or pH down route... no shame in that ! 👊

How much are people typically defoliating per plant and when? I have taken around a handful of leaves off each plant once at day 30 and again at day 49 and find light penetration is beginning to struggle again - can I defoliate again before harvest without affecting yield?

Defoliate more?Should I defoliate more? side branching is intense and I'm not sure if it will result in larf or actual nug. Trimmed a lot of the weak looking side braching that was not exposed to light. Still looks rather bushy for my liking but I don't want to stunt them or reduce yields.
