What is the best height to have the lamp from the plant? Also how high should we be running the light? We currently have our light running at 600W Thank you!

Recommend starting 28-32 inches for seedlings. If they look like they are getting leggy/stetching towards the light, then lower it accordingly. Recommend 20-26 inches for veg and 18-24 for flower. You really have to watch how your plant reacts and adjust from there. Your temperatures will make a difference on how close you can get your light too! Different strains will have different light tolerances too!! Happy growing!!🍀💪🎄

I believe these style fixtures are meant to be mounted at the top of the tent and left alone, that’s what the gavita 750 says anyways I’ve never used one before but going to purchase one here soon. If you can control you wattage I would dim down to 350 watts for veg then boost for flower! Hope this helps happy growing

What i like to know is how to do a proper flush, Do you go for a certain amount of days (ex. 2 weeks) or can i go let em dry and harvest when my run off EC is same as EC of flush water ? is it clean product then? So i am at that stage, my plant is fading can i let it dry out now?

Nebula Technique , and I have created the 8 kola's and began spreading the branches via LST. Should I cut off new stems branching from 8 kola's, which add to the canopy ? and keep just 8 main stems which buds can form? or side branches which receive good light and canopy cut?
