As long as the branches are pliable then you can lst through the entire flower stretch to keep the canopy even and well lit. The only issue that I have had with training autos is the branches usually harden up faster than photoperiod plants so they can snap pretty easily. Your plant looks like it is spread out pretty nice now though so it shouldn't need much. Good luck flowering!

I think what you're doing is fine, just keep an eye on it changing it as the plant grows, some will start getting taller, you're then down, release the others ect. You can do it through early flowering stage.

These ladies never get bored of our help to hit the lights sweet spot. they will thank you for shuffling them with and even workload of light fed buds. You can also defoloiate the bigger fan leaves as they get difficult to tuck away. More light to budsites is key with them as it is with photoperiods. once they finish the stretch , then big fans have less of a use for Nitrogen production from the green chlorophyll in the leaves and work more on bud site feeding. light will feed the buds directly through the small sugar leaves and smaller fans and encourage oil production to protect the fragile bird hairs. I tie till the end if need be. dont be afraid of these plants , we are the growers mate , they will do as you tell them too. good luck

The only training I would do to this auto anymore is just to get the buds from touching each other as they are forming ... You don't want the buds touching each other and it's the lightest stress form on a plant ...yes it can be done through out the whole grow ..

No,I don't agree with that. You should never stop giving more space to your plant. It doesn't matter if it is in veg or flowering.Since LST is a bending method, you can bend and give more light to branches any time it seems to be necessary.I still bend some branches in flowering, when they forming buds and those buds position themselves to the light. They even make some new growth right under the bud that is positioned under the light and I get many other new buds. To me,your plant doesn't need any more lST atm.one main cola, three bottom colas and they are all separated.A couple of weeks into flowering, observe again if there are some little branches that stay under some big leaves.Bend them or bend the leaf to get more light to that branch.Thats it.
