¿Se puede hacer un clon a partir de corte de topping?

Three days ago, I did topping above the 4th node with a 90-degree cut.
I had 6 nodes.
On the topped part, I cut leaf tips, I placed it with 400 ml of very moist light mix substrate, and in a seedling tray from Ali Express with LED light.
Will it work?
Should I do anything else to help it survive?

So, you're talking keeping the bit you took of?
Clones are something you take when you know you've a good pheno and want to cash in on it.
Also, you don't put freshly cuttings and put them under light. Only need ambient light when there's no roots. As you're not needing the plant to do photosynthesis. You need it to build roots. So a rooting gel or hormone is needed. (Not a must) but will help you along the way.
As for what you've taken. Find a nice warm place with ambient light. Beside your grow tent. (To the side r wherever you have no Direct light)

As far as how long. That'll all depend on you pal.
Your set up. What's used to root. Dif subs and all that.
Its a very vague question at this stage buddy.
If I were you. A little research might be good. I'll try find you something later and mes it to you, r you can try find urself
"Rooting and care for freshly cut clones" is what you should be looking for.

Just keep it wet and use low npk root boosters Root Juice or MoreRoots just as an example. Good luck 🍀🤞

Cloning- When cloning what ph and ppm do you usually stay at or does every plant have different likes?I have been trying different levels and seeing the changes. 3 clones just burned at 5.5 ph 89 ppm. But those same 3 were fine at a higher ppm with a ph of 6. Should I lower ppm and keep at 5.5 or back to 6? They haven’t rooted in 7 days. And what water level do you keep on them?

remove algea on coco?i got some algae on coco after high humidity from the cloning chamber, it spread on some of them after repotting and onto wet clay pebbles
im thinking rh will go down eventually and plants will shade the algae later
should i try to remove it or just let time fix this by itself?
