Hi, my grow brothers and sisters! I'm planning to do HST training to largest one of my plants, cos it is (to my joy) - too big. Other babies for, like, two times smaller now. I'll do this for the first time and I'm really nervous about it. Any tips for me to do it right enough

Roll stems between fingers a few day prior so plant forms a knot. Then hst it by rolling area right above the knot so it will rest in it as it lays. Using the knot for support

Rather easy to do, give it a pinch between two fingers till you feel or hear the stem break. Or you can just top it mate, easier to do, take the shears and snip the top off. The plant will then send energy to all the side branches. Also If its too tall. Try tying it down if you haven't already.

none of hose plants require hst.. i'd suggest using risers. anything you can set it on to even out he canopy. you can just as easily bend/shape and tie down to reduce height at this point without breaking a stem... keep bushing it out if those other plants keep lagging. Jigsaw the growth to fit the tent as best you can.. if you do want to break a stem, just grab one with fist and press thumb forward till i snaps.. best to do it in one moiona and makre sure it can bend all the way to 90-degrees.. the first day it may need something to hold it steady. within a few days you'll need to tie it down as it will start to grow vertically, again... secure it near gowth tip for longest delay.
