Mango Mintality clones in Pot July 1. Growing outdoors. States 8 to 9 weeks. Topped and bushy. But no flowers yet. Super soil. Fertilizing with Happy Frog and compost. Been HOT here. 100° day, 75 to 80 at night. Full sun with 30% shade. Is it just too hot to flower?

Heat has nothing to do with it blooming. It is showing maturity signs. It will bloom when the amount of light it gets daily has reduced, providing for longer dark times.

Wait for days to shorten. When getting less that 14 hrs daylight they will start to flower. It's better to say ,as it's more correct, more than 10-11 hours of darkness she or he will start to flower. Check official day/night lengths for your area and by looking at this you can start to plan and know when things will happen. I would Google autoflowers photoperiod light needs and get an understanding. Cannabis growing is as in depth and scientific as you want to take it. It can be thrown on dirt and it will grow but to get any sort of smokeable product some level of education is needed

heat has nothing to do with it. a plant, like marijuana, switches to bloom based on length of dark cycle. once it is long enough, it will switch. check local sunrise/sunset times. When does night reach 10+ hours? you'll likely see preflowers and early signs of flowring within 1-2 weeks of that point. 11+ hours might be more accurate as 'twilight' is bright enough to not be considered "dark". these are dark-dependent plants. dark cycle must be long enough and uninterrupted. so, if there is a bright floodlight directly beaming on these, that could be a problem. otherwise, jsut be patient and it will happen when it should.

Light leaks or not constant darkness can trigger weaker strains to hermie. 12 hours of darknesss is what she needs every day. Not shade, darkness.

Ok. Great. Thank you both! I realize now these are NOT auto flower. And there may be a small amount of street light. I'll have to cover with blackout curtain at night, or just move them inside and do 12 and 12. Perhaps bring the temp down too

It is 8 to 9 weeks once the plant starts flowering. If you're in the northern hemisphere, your plants should start flowering around now (August). Flowering is dependent on the outdoor photoperiod, not the heat. Make sure you don't have any lights shining on your plants at night and you should start seeing the plant produce pistils soon.

Clones are 100% from photodepending plant. To understand difference between auto and photo read this https://www.zamnesia.com/uk/content/682-autoflowering-versus-photoperiod-cannabis#:~:text=Photoperiod%20strains%20take%20considerably%20longer,light%20cycle%20to%20initiate%20flowering.
