Did I break it? It used to have no problem cooling the water to 19 celsius before. Now it runs non stop and doesnt get it to temperature

@gms Look regularly for the filter infront of the fan If a pipe is cloged. I'm probably fucked huh? If it happened during flushing with vinegar (water pump was just sitting in it) then the pump must have slurped some of the plastic up from the bucket. I cut a hole in it for connecting yhe chiller to the pump. Cleaned it as much as possible without actually flushing it with water

Flush it out if that isn't the problem. Small pipe may have clogged.
