Bud rot??

Eso posiblemente es que haya un gusano dentro que se come las flores. Revísalo, quítalo y quita la parte estropeada.

Surgically and carefully remove the rot sections, use sterile scissors and gloves and get tge entire rot section out plus a little extra to be sure. You let it go way too long before detecting but probably will be fine. I've always had bud rot problems trying to finish outdoors due to weather and the remainder comes out fine. Maybe if too bad or for insurance use a spray of hydrogen peroxide mixed with water on the cut area to he sure you get it all. That's supposed to kill the mold. But I wouldn't spray the whole plant unless absolutely necessary.

yes, get rid asap collect like dog poo, bag on hand, cover bud, chop it, get rid far away from grow. mould multiply by air, spores, like shrooms kind of. dont be gready, chop properly down too i lost milion fights to bud rot, won 0. prolonged few, but conditions have to be very right and eye kept daily for new spaces of bud rot cinamon to heal wounds. a bit hippy way, but kind of protection.
