Noob question: Does germination in pot with soil require an airflow? Should I run a fan? Do I start using the fan in seedling stage and ventilation in vegetation stage to keep the air humid for now? Thank you kind people 🙏

If you can keep this temperature and humid as on the picture the airflow not really need yet, just keep the soil moisted and do not over water. Seedling will pop out within a day or 2. Best luck with your grow ✌️

use a dome to control the best conditions for your seedling, high humidity, warmth, and moisture to soften the shell - even if it's a pop bottle with holes cut in the bottom - fans wont help, and could even dry the seed out, so dont. Most important now is that your seed stays wet and warm to allow the embryo to break out. Keep light over it because that's the next most important thing as soon as it breaks out.
