use a bit more perlite or similar in pot... looks like drainage could be better. plus the bug thing :P "pyrethrine" based pesticide supposedly breaks down in 72 hours, but i'd be hesitant to use anything on a flowering plant.. really try to hit the leaves and not buds. an impossible task. you look at least a cuple weeks out? can't be sure. looks liek buds just forming though, so should be time enough to use and it will breakdown into harmless stuff quickly. it kills on contact. not a residual thing... find some concenrate by southern ag for a cheap option. the pre-diluted stuff is expensive by comparison. same with neem and other similar products, always get the concentrate and afew cheap spray bottles.

Nice plant, but it needs to get rid of the bugs , particularly the Thrips. Spray all the leaves with Marseille Soap mixed with water , or black soap it works fine as well.
