garden wire, bamboo stakes..
prolly want a shorter vege if you do a SOG.
if you grew it too big, cut it to size... it's not the most efficient but better than the risks that come with congestion.

Defoliating the auto on the late flowering stageThe canopy is very dense with a huge amount of small leaves I can't tuckle because of their size. It's a deep stage of flowering. Defoliate the center or leave her alone?My girl is short and dense due to early manifolding and LST. The center is crowded and there's not much light penetration or air flow there, though I do have fans going. I'm tempted to defoliate some older leaves crowding the center.
