I don't see a problem at all. What are you referring to with the chalk comment? It's a seedling and sometimes....no, often times they do weird shit like wavy leaves, blotchy colour patterns, random raised edges. I wouldn't worry right now.

The "weird" leaves that you are worried about are the first pair of leaves after the initial germination.
These leaves will drop off after a few weeks when the first set of "True Leaves" have fully developed and the plant starts building Branch structure. Think of those two single blade leaves like the plants version of "milk teeth"
