Question on PH with Autos

Also i find most PH down products are overpriced. I save some money by mixing up my own. Pretty easy. Just pick up a bottle of "85% Food Grade Phosphoric Acid". on amazon. Add 155.1 mL of 85% Phosphoric acid to about 500 mL distilled water, and then make up (top off) to 1 Liter with distilled water and you will have 1 Liter of 20% phosphoric acid. Should make 6-7 Liters of PH Down. Same exact solution in GH Ph down, only twice as strong. So only have to use half as much, which makes it go much further. May be worth it if you enjoy the Hobby. It would depend on what medium you are growing in. Soil: 6.0–7.0 Coco: 5.8-6.2 Hydro: 5.5-6.0 I personally don't change my PH between Veg and flower. But i do allow it to naturally very between the lower and upper range. Which can help the plant uptake enough of the Micronutrients it needs for healthy growth.
