There's no problem starting outside then going inside per say, but what will not be optimal is increasing stress on the plants for example going from a cool outdoor climate to a hot indoor one or going from a 14hr light cycle outside to a 20hr light cycle inside. That and picking up pests from outside and contaminating your grown room. So basically just think it through and evaluate the stress the plant might feel when it gets put inside. Hope this helps ! 🚀
