i have a specific question on light par and watts etc. What is the min par value required for one plant. for seedlings, veg , flowering and budding. does anyone have a definitive guide for this??

Its hard to say definitive but they are the best/optimal ranges. So For Clones/seedlings/mothers 200-400 PPFD/PAR is optimal for them. A 400-600 PPFD/PAR is great for early veg to late veg when I say early I mean after the seedling stage. And 600-900 PPFD/PAR is great for Late veg into Flowing Fruiting Stage. Once you get over 1000 your getting into the double ended light and Co2 territory because it Is no longer light limited but carb limited therefor the need for Co2. That's why 600-900 PPFD/PAR is best balanced for efficiency and performance Other factors can have effects on growth as well like environment conditions and the biggest role is genetic. but as for the PPFD/PAR those are pretty much the Numbers most go by as rule of thumb you know.
