If this is the diary of the plants in question your are over feeding them and this is likely a lock out issue if you have not corrected that EC by now. 2.8 is high. Granted its last update was month ago so... growdiaries.com/diaries/191415-barney-039-s-farm-glookies-grow-journal-by-jsanchezz if its no longer at 2.8EC it could be something else, best to update your diary. Kinda looks like it hungry but that is misleading as I don't know up to date information about the grow. when I scrog I try and keep all the bud sites same height to avoid drastic difference in light intensities. with the LED being so close its greater variance vs the sun outside. PH is good, could lower it a bit to 6.0-6.2, pretty sure biobuzz says ideal is 6.2-6.3 and their products tend to be aorund that once all mixed up "according to them", I feel any hydo feed should be available to plants in the ranges of 5.8-7 so potato potatto. Your medium is mostly soilless vs soil. light mix is a combination of black peat, white peat, compost, worm cast and perlite. You should be treating it more like soilless and getting runoff with every fertigation. 10-20% pots volume to prevent build up. Good Luck!

Whats good homie! Assuming everything else is in order, it looks like a possible Nitrogen deficiency in mid flower. This is typical when the plant goes through its stretch phase. You can feed a bit more N, but don't go overboard. You plants are looking good friend. I also really like the (Noctua?) PC fans 😁

Are you growing in coco or soil? If it’s coco, your PH is too high. Light intensity can also make your plants stressed. They seem to be a little stressed so could be from either of those two. Remember marijuana plants are vigilant, just gotta dial in your canopy.
