do limp clone has a chance turning hermie?

Does this clone will has a chance on turning herm if she going flower? she was taking clone from top. 2nd pic is same age clone from mom around 27 day. they are under 12/12 for week now. 3rd pic was from mom topped day and i put them right into only water then peat.

No reason why it would hermie unless the mother plant also one the cutting in pic 1 is showing signs of tip burn and dark green leaves could be a nitrogen excess causing lock out to other nutrients . Just give plain ph'd water for now

I don’t think herming would be an issue at the moment. I think you are way to early to start flowering the plant with these issues. Your yield will be next to nothing. It looks like you are getting nutrient lockout. I would flush with a pH balanced water. You need to let the clones get more root mass and begin regrowing before you switch to flower. I would let the clone root good a few weeks before trying to flower it. So roots have time to establish, and actually produce a yield.
