i got some algae on coco after high humidity from the cloning chamber, it spread on some of them after repotting and onto wet clay pebbles im thinking rh will go down eventually and plants will shade the algae later should i try to remove it or just let time fix this by itself?

it's superficial growth. it can't do any damage. if you can remove it without exposing roots, go ahead. You should try to avoid the conditions that allowed the algea bloom though in the future. It can grow more than algea.
