No. Let the nodes grow. Only way that'll happen is by big fan leafs underneath them tat will force node growth and as she moves on these nodes will hv there own foliage. Atm the nodes just need to grow. Lst is not needed. U could use tie to bend the plant showing leaves more light or bend ur leafs so they all get good light.

do you intend on topping? if so your good to go Otherwise wait a week or so before bending or tying down any branches with LST

The goal of LST is to lower the hightest branches and widen the plant for lower branches to recieve light. You dont have branches but you could top now to encourage the plant to branch out. IF you top now you will have 8 branches in two weeks which you LST. Bring the lowest branches in the middle and the top branches to the outside and you will have an even canopy. Good luck ;)

Yes, you could even have done it earlier, after week 2, but she has nice, small internodal spacing. I would just top her and use LST one the side branches.
