White "wormlike" bugs in soil

Its almost harvest time and I have found another problem. I have small white bugs or worms in coco soil. They look just like "fungus gnats". They are small, white and they are digging and moving like worms. Please help, much appreciate!

Fungus gnats I’m having issues with fungus gnats I have let the soil dry out, peroxide wash, homemade traps, fly paper but no joy. I added fresh compost as a barrier after watering then an hour ago i got back from work checked on her the humidity was 40% touched the soil and hundreds flew up

Gotcha

The biggest problem I have growing in coco is that autoflowers don't tolerate the nutrient manufacturers feeding schedules. I went and got the Canna feeding schedule for coco and it burnt my plants. Anyone know of a schedule specifically for auto's?
