White "wormlike" bugs in soil

Its almost harvest time and I have found another problem. I have small white bugs or worms in coco soil. They look just like "fungus gnats". They are small, white and they are digging and moving like worms. Please help, much appreciate!

So, many questions here. Today (07/05) the smell started, I don't know if it's the flowering phase starting, can you tell by the last photos? What about her height? Isn't it too small, even for an auto plant? Why is it? Can I do something to improve yields? No LST so far...

So my question is what to do for nutrients from now on start of week 8 I am going to continue to week 10 then see if it's worth making it to week 12. But I need a nutrient scedual that's going to work . I'm thinking 3ml of each biobizz heaven top max and bloom . Is this good?

4/5 of my plants have been flowering for 2 weeks on a 20/4 cycle, while 1 remains in the vegetative state. Should I try and induce flowering by switching to a 12/12 cycle? If so will it effect my other plants?

F44: dozens of gnats stucked on buds & sugar leavesHey, I noticed dozens of gnats stucked on sugar leaves and buds trichomes/resin... I tried to pick them by hand but there are too many. I saw articles about bud washing which seems to be a good thing except for higher mold risk. Would it be the only way to smoke bug free weed?

Tiny worms in the growth mediumI grow in an indoor growing with a coconut substrate. I have recently noticed small and tiny dots. At first I did not refer and they looked to me like pieces of perlite. But recently I noticed that they move and float when I water. There is nothing in the plant or flowers.

SilverfishI found a silverfish (is this the correct name?) in the soil of a plant; obviously I immediately threw it out and checked if there were others by moving the ground a little, but how do I make sure I make them disappear? or do you know if they can be harmful to the plant? 😭
