White "wormlike" bugs in soil

Its almost harvest time and I have found another problem.
I have small white bugs or worms in coco soil.
They look just like "fungus gnats". They are small, white and they are digging and moving like worms.
Please help, much appreciate!

Possible Pest Problem (All white worms.)Hello everyone. I found two tiny worms in the runoff of one of my plants in coco coir. My first thought was gnats, but there’s no dark end. I also read it could be springtails. EC levels in runoff are a little high, but pH is good and the plants looks better than ever. Thanks!

I was going to dunk my plants into a soap and water mix and then rinse them off, is that a bad idea 5 weeks into flower?I saw some aphids here and there the other day, so I was thinking I was going to rinse my plants again today, but I sprayed some neem oil around the pots yesterday and today I can’t find any... Is this spider mites sign?Spider mites? I can’t sure about it , These white spots tend to spread. I found these traces in the early stage. At present, no obvious insect traces have been found under the leaves. I will purchase microscopes as soon as possible and pay more attention.outdoor grower

My plants started flowering (they are autoflower). How long does flowering take?
They seem too small? (16l pots) 80x80cm space - for size reference.
