I bought a batch of RQS seeds, one seed is a little cracked, are there any chances that it could germinate? It is not cracked that much, only a little bit where the taproot comes out.

Email them with photos of the seed and ask them what they think.
To me that's bad Quality Control and it should be replaced. I have not have much luck with cracked seeds. Its like leave the fridge door open a bit. shit goes bad.
